I worked my fucking ass off on cleaning, repairing, and restoring these bitches.
They had to be scrubbed with dish soap, scrubbed with baking soda, all their clothes washed, lots of chipped paint patched up, and at long last, reassembled. After working on them off and on for almost 2 months, here are the Jewel Riders toys from my childhood! They did lose a few pieces that I really can't easily replace, but they're as good as they're getting.
And here are the Deluxe Jewel Riders dolls, with dresses and full hair, and also touched up paint. The deluxe ones were really made of better shit than the basic toys. And here are the two Tenko dolls that lived with them, also cleaned up, hair washed, chipped paint fixed, etc. They still have their headdresses, but they never stayed on well. Now, all of these toys, including the Jewel Riders horses (not pictured), are clean, dressed, organized, and boxed for storage. Done! Feels fucking good!
