I saw bits and pieces about this doll line a few months ago, but it was a dollar store line, so I paid it no mind. However, now that my financial situation has changed, dollar store finds have become a lot more appealing. These are called the Friends Forever Club, however they don't appear to be associated with the anti-bullying organization of the same name.
This is Alanis. Her very inspired back card talks about how she loves technology and building robots.
Carina is an astronomy fanatic who dreams of being an astronaut. She is childhood friends with Viera.
Iha is a shy but active fan of the ocean who dreams of becoming a marine biologist.
Last is Viera, the gemstone and mineral fan who dreams of becoming a geologist.
The dolls are a Dollar Tree exclusive line and go for $1.25 in the United States. I read somewhere that they're $1.50 in Canada. They have 5 point articulation in the neck, shoulders, and hips. They can stand on their flat feet, and sit. They come with rubber clothes, but fabric fashion packs are available. I picked some up today and will be reviewing them maybe tomorrow.
