More words, more reassessing, but with my doll collection and doll goals.
1. Dolly Documentation. I'm at 59 dolls in my database, and finally got through photographing all my Rainbow High dolls. This project will probably just be tabled until next year. I got far enough, and I have other priorities coming up.
2. Doll sewing. I did make a master list of doll bodies and who has patterns, so I can systematically draft all the rest of the patterns I need. Not going to make any more except as needed for now, since I'm going to be very busy for the rest of the year.
3. Controlled Doll Buying. Yeah, not really. I bought 3 Hello Kitty & Friends dolls this month. I have no chill. Fortunately, nothing else is on my radar for the foreseeable future, so maybe I can stop now. And my Barbies? They have WAY too much clothing already, that took a minute and BAM, their box is so full. So yeah, I need to exercise a little restraint for the rest of the year.
So, what am I going to do with my dolls for the rest of the year? Not much, I'm afraid, I have been devoting a lot of time to them and my video game backlog hasn't seen any progress, plus my model kit pile of shame is massive now. So I'll just enjoy my dolls as I have them and give them more attention next year. And that's okay!
