Since I was craving boy dolls, I dug out my first two boy dolls, River and Finn from Rainbow High.  They're a little wonky looking, but hella cute.  Now, after I bought them years ago, they're finally getting the attention they deserve!  Or at least some drafted patterns and handmade clothes.  Anyways, here's more pictures.

I finally have this photo shoot done, two months after Jade and Bella's.  This idea to sew doll pajamas all year long has only been working out a little bit.  I got 6 sets of pajamas and bathrobes done so far, and I only have 4 months left of the year.  I'm a little burned out on Rainbow High sewing, and wanna make stuff for Monster High, or my new Disney Princess dolls...  Anyways,  here's the rest of the pictures.

May 1st Doll Word Ramble

I just wanna ramble about how I feel about dolls, and this is my blog, so I'm gonna do it.  I have hyped up and bought into numerous brands trying to replace Rainbow High, and there's just no replacing them.  They're my dream dolls.  I'm seriously considering making a mini-me and mini-husband out of a color and create girl and an Aiden Russell doll.  I'm trying to stop looking for the new best thing so I can just enjoy what I have.  It's hard, when we live in a consumerist nightmare that's always trying to get you to buy stuff.  It's exhausting.

My last Rainbow High in store purchase

So, you guys know, Rainbow High as we know it is basically over.  So a lot of shit is on clearance now.  These are the Rainbow High blind packaging shoes.  They originally cost 10$ a box.  Since they're on clearance, they're only 3$ a box now.  That's a really good price for doll shoes, so I thought I'd pick up a few.

My husband and I went to Walmart, to pick some up, and my husband picks up THE ENTIRE DISPLAY.  I was so shocked, I couldn't argue with him or tell him to put it back.  We checked out with a mostly FULL DISPLAY of clearance doll shoes.  My husband is wild.

Stitches: Sunny and Violet's Pajamas

Yesterday, I finally finished Violet and Sunny's nightgowns.  I've been procrastinating on them for forever, but finally got to them this month.  With the bathrobes I made a couple years ago, I think they look great!

This is my final Rainbow High unboxing; Amaya Raine and Gabriella Icely.  It was bittersweet, because I love these dolls, but they'll never be the same again.

Stitches: Pieces for Krystal Bailey

Did some sewing for Krystal Bailey.  I've had her for over a year and not made her anything, so she got an oversized cardigan and some thigh high stockings.  The thigh high pattern is from Requiem Art Designs.  The oversized sweater is my own pattern.  I like the teensy gap between her skirt and the thigh highs.  Very cute.

Daria Roselyn is my November doll.  I got her early because prices are gonna go up on the second hand market before Christmas.  No more doll shopping until after Christmas.

Today, my October doll arrived.  Since I can only get one doll per month right now, she's my October doll.  She's not in her factory packaging, because I bought her second hand on Ebay, but I got her from another collector, so she seemed in really good shape.

These two desperately needed some attention, and my bipolar ass is back on Rainbow High.  Rainbow High dolls are so beautiful.  When I'm not obsessing over Rainbow High dolls, I'm trying to fill the void Rainbow High leaves with fucking anything doll-like.

I'm buying Rainbow High dolls again.  After exploring other doll lines, Bratz, Equestria Girls, and Be Kind, I've come to the conclusion I just want more Rainbow High dolls.

Since I finished Bella's cozy pants, and some cozy sneakers arrived for her in the mail, I decided to redress her all cozy and take pics with her and Jade.

Bella is a doll I got a year ago, unboxed, and did nothing with until now.  I feel so bad, because she's such a good girl.  So, I've dedicated this entire week to her, and sewing her clothes.  After many full days of hand-stitching, she has two new pairs of pants, and a new pair of knee socks.  I might have to dedicate another week, maybe a whole month.  She needs things.

New Doll: Rainbow High Krystal Bailey

I bought Krystal Bailey a few months ago, but I was facing a doll burnout, so I kept her in box for a while until I was ready to open her, which was this past Sunday.
