Time has passed, and I have done some serious customizing on my two soldier dolls! Desert Camo is now named Bilby, and Medic is now named Stitches. I repainted both their lips and eyes, and eyebrows, and Bilby got the most dramatic change, because he's blonde with a blue streak!
In my searching for more masculine, articulated dolls, I came across these KADHOBBY 12" "action figures". Yeah, action figures, sure. Looks like a doll to me. Anyways, I was painfully curious, so I bought 2. Content Warning: Plastic pretend weapons and paper pretend cigarette boxes.
Mini Me and Mini Husband! Don't we look cute? My customs of us are finally done. No more Rainbow High customs. Getting their eyeballs back in is way too hard. I'm pretty happy with them though, they look super cute!
It's my birthday! Woo! Sorry, unrelated. Two months have passed, so it's time to assess my progress on my doll goals. I'm gonna start by saying my current federal government is turned on it's head, so everyone's under a tremendous amount of stress. So I'm trying to go easy on myself, because my god, the world is scarier than it was in the pandemic right now.
I had way too many dolls on my desk, so I did a big group photo shoot so I could put some of them away.
I may be misspelling her last name, I dunno. This is Nicole, the sporty one. It's a shame she didn't come with a basket ball, but I prefer the outfit over props any day. This is the last doll I'll be unboxing for the foreseeable future. I got a little emotional, not gonna lie.
A day after I unboxed Ash and Rexx, I also unboxed Luna and Nicole. Here's Luna in the box. She's got a bit of extra glitter in one eye, but otherwise looks perfect.
