Unboxing Spelldon and Kieran from Monster High

I know, I haven't unboxed my Licca chan dolls yet, but this was a special occasion and I was too excited to keep them in the box for even a minute.  I make a point of not buying from Mattel Creations unless the release is really truly special, and I deeply believe this one is.  It's been 3 years since my last one.

Look, they're even wrapped in tissue paper, like a present!

Here they are!  The two canon gay men of Monster High g1!  Not a headcanon, TRUE CANON.  Their lore is written, and in the box, they're holding hands!  Beautiful.  I got a nice set too, no major eye wonk or anything.

Here's a close up of Kieran in the box.  I hope I'm spelling his name right.  His hair is gelled to fuck, but I'll prolly keep it that way, because there's no way I can repeat that style myself without some serious product.

I really like Spelldon.  He is freaking cute.  Those eyelashes, that beauty mark, all of it, delightful.  And they both have side glances towards each other, precious!  Every single romantic couple 2pack should have coordinating side glances like this!

I love this box art.  It's so good.  They both look really nice.  I cut it out and I'm saving it.

Here's a better pic of Kieran.  I really like this face.  His eyes look almost like they're glowing, even though they're not.  The wing liner, the lip color, I love it all.

I will mention here that Spelldon's hair is nice soft nylon!  Yay!  Or maybe Saran.  But it's definitely not poly.  Feel's too nice to be poly.  He's such a cutie!  OMG!

Y'all, this is how their hands are in the packaging.  There's literally an elastic keeping their wrists together.  They are  MEANT TO BE!
