Unboxing: Unnamed Soldier Dolls

In my searching for more masculine, articulated dolls, I came across these KADHOBBY 12" "action figures".  Yeah, action figures, sure.  Looks like a doll to me.  Anyways, I was painfully curious, so I bought 2.  Content Warning: Plastic pretend weapons and paper pretend cigarette boxes.

This is everything that comes in the box.   The first guy I picked was desert camo.  He has no name, no back story, and looks like actor Luke Wilson.  There's no sign of rank on his uniform or anything.  He comes with 3 sets of hands, 1 pair gloved, which is nice.  He comes with three guns of different size, a knife, a walky talky, and some other parts I couldn't identify.

 Here's him out of the box, wearing his helmet.  He's about as tall as my Jem/Jerrica doll.  Stands on his own pretty well.  Gotta love flat feet sometimes.  He's wearing some type of padding over his camo, maybe a bulletproof vest?  I'm not sure.  His boots are huge, so I was afraid his feet would be too big for Ken shoes.

His paint job is fine, unremarkable.  I won't feel bad about customizing it to make him look different.  He looks stressed with his eyebrows like that.  Also, his lip color is strange.  His head doesn't match his body very well, but I'm gonna excuse that, I'm not that picky.

Here he is naked!  Look at all that articulation!  He's a little oddly shaped IMO, but I'll excuse it since he'll be clothed most of the time anyway.  Hyped for that chest joint.  Also, his feet are much smaller than his boots.

See what I mean?  they made his boots massively bigger than his feet.

I happen to own some cheap knockoff Ken Doll clothes, so I tried them on him.  They're a little tight, and a little short, but they don't look too bad!  I'm pretty hyped for this, even the shoes fit!

Here's a pretty good pose.  That's one thing I'll give this guy, he can pose really well.

Here's him next to the medic I bought from the same listing.  I was disappointed that the medic didn't come with any medical supplies, just the same hands and guns as the desert camo guy.  Same head too.  Oh yeah, and they both came with sunglasses that are too small and don't stay on.  Damn.

Why did I get these?  I wanted more masculine dolls, and these were affordable.  Plus I've been reading a lot of COD fanfiction on AO3...  Do I regret my purchase?  No, they're fine.  I'll have an interesting time adding them to my collection.
